Achieving Destinies

All destinies are achievable if you keep these 3 principles close to heart.

1.  Faith:  Faith in yourself, faith in God, faith in others, faith in the Universe.
2.  Courage:  Courage to face all fears on your quest toward your destiny.  Fear of failure, fear of humiliation, fear of disappointment.
3.  Patience:  The bigger the dream the more patience you would need.

Stress and Weight Gain

Ever wonder why we crave cakes, pies, or mac and cheese when we are stressed?  The human body is a unique system of energy and matter.  And every system of energy has a band of vibrational frequency.  When we are excessively stressed we vibrate at a lower band of frequency.  This is why we gravitate toward foods that have lower vibrations...and more often than not these foods tends to be processed foods high in sugar and saturated fats.  To make matters worse, when we are stressed our metabolism also slows down because the excess stress signals our body to go into a famine-mode of conservation and storage.

When the stress is manageable, we maintain our naturally high vibrational state...and our naturally high metabolism.  The foods that we gravitate towards also tend to be high vibrational foods, like vegetable, fruits, fish.  Not only do we feel less hungry when we are stress-free, our bodies also do not go into a famine-mode.  Removing stress solves the biggest 2 hurdles that all dieters face: how to get rid of the cravings while not retaining the excess calories.

Toxins

We damage our bodies when we don't feed the body the right foods.  The same damage is found when we don't feed the mind the right thoughts or the soul the right emotions.

Power

A position of power over others may be taken in a matter of minutes and days.  But for that power to persist years or decades, it must be given by the subjects of that power.

The world is a mess only because we have given away our power to change it.

Choices and Consequences

You are the sole creative force behind your own life movie.  Extraordinary choices give rise to exceptional movies.  Predictable and easy choices make boring and forgettable ones.

God's Network

In the movie The Matrix, being awakened means getting unplugged from a computer network, the Matrix.  In real life, being awakened means letting yourself be plugged back into God's Network

Self-realization

The souls you encounter in your life are there for you to know yourself.  A room isn't fully realized until it is defined by its own walls, ceiling, and floor.

My God or Your God

The jealous God of the Old Testament wasn't jealous until the scribes of the Old Testament made Him out to be jealous.

The God of the the New Testament wasn't just a Christian God until the Catholic church made Him out to be a God for only Christians.

Diseases (part 2)

If Stephen Hawkins did not have ALS, would his understanding of the Universe still be the same?  If Henry Evans did not suffer a paralyzing stroke, would the field of Robotics have the same progress? They are both physically confined to the wheel chair.  But like a blind man honing his other senses, their paralysis pushes their minds and spirits to newer heights.

Diseases

Some diseases are meant to be cured.  Some are meant to be a part of their owners' lives.  Both types of struggle are tools of a growing soul.
