My Life or Your Life

I strapped down my spirit when I tried to live a life of a dutiful son, or a life of good Catholic, or a life of a good Asian husband.  Life is just life.  Life transcends all traditions, all molds, all formalities.

My God or Your God

The jealous God of the Old Testament wasn't jealous until the scribes of the Old Testament made Him out to be jealous.

The God of the the New Testament wasn't just a Christian God until the Catholic church made Him out to be a God for only Christians.

The simple Truth is that He has always been and always will be just God...without factions, without denominations, without borders.

Diseases (part 2)

If Stephen Hawkins did not have ALS, would his understanding of the Universe still be the same?  If Henry Evans did not suffer a paralyzing stroke, would the field of Robotics have the same progress? They are both physically confined to the wheel chair.  But like a blind man honing his other senses, their paralysis pushes their minds and spirits to newer heights.

Diseases

Some diseases are meant to be cured.  Some are meant to be a part of their owners' lives.  Both types of struggle are tools of a growing soul.
